Return Policy
Do not return any merchandise without prior authorization from Anvil Brand or a 30% restocking fee will be assessed. We do not accept returns on used tools. Proof of purchase required. Returns must be freight prepaid. ALWAYS put your account number on a note explaining why you are returning the product. Any product returned after 30 days from the invoice date will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. If you refuse a shipment, your account will be charged for the freight on the shipment, plus return shipping charges. These charges must be paid in full, before any further orders will be shipped to you. Any product returned 1 year after purchase must be pre-approved and will be charged a minimum 50% restocking fee.NO EXCEPTIONS!!
